Established in South China in 1984, Dongguan JIAN is a professional OEM manufacturer. Our comprehensive products include but are not limited to metal products, embroidery patches, woven patches, lanyards, soft PVC items, silicone products and promotional items.
All of our challenge coins are made of non-toxic materials, complying with the CPSIA/EN-71 safety stand. We have own in-house plating workshop to ensure the safety & quality of plating, and the in-house QC staff will inspect the products before shipping to avoid any defectives shipped to clients. We can make 9 styles of diamond cut edges on front & backside of challenge coin, can be done before or after plating. Some of the edges can be made on mold as well to avoid extra cost. On the third edge, workable to have ribbed edge, lathed edge, as well as engraved and imprint texts.
We have PVC pouch, Plastic Box, Acrylic coin capsule, Velvet gift bag, velvet box, ABS floating frame.
Just send your design to us with size, plating request, we will create production ready artwork for approval before full order. For 3D design, can provide CNC artwork to show sophisticated 3D effect. Once artwork approved, we will start production, inspection quality before shipment, use FedEx/DHL/UPS service to have door to door delivery to your office/home.
